My name is Bobby Walls and I help men overcome fear and shame to accomplish growth in their careers and relationships. Overcoming fear in my own life has enabled me to experience the process and fully understand what it takes to be free from crippling fear and shame. I work with a variety of individuals to determine their goals, create action plans, and hold them accountable as we walk through life together making positive progress.
I have worked in the IT field for most of my career and have had the opportunity to be a part of some amazing organizations. Throughout my job history, I have worked in many different levels from entry level to the C-suite. I have been able to work with and provide coaching to hundreds of employees and have watched them go on to great success. Early on I discovered my talent and passion was for helping people. I believe that motivating and encouraging those around me helps them to be motivating and encouraging to others that they come into contact with. I truly believe we all have the power to make the world a better place.
I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Even though I was in the IT field, I pursued a business degree in order to balance my skills and education. This balance enabled me to provide solutions in various areas of the organizations I worked and allowed me to better communicate the problems and solutions to all of my team members. Most of all, I enjoyed the coaching opportunities it allowed me to be a part of. I was able to help coach and mentor other managers, supervisors, and employees by building strong relationships with those in all levels of the organization.
Outside of my career I have full schedule with lots of family activities. Our family loves animals and live on a couple acres where we have too many animals to list here. My wife and I have 3 children that are homeschooled and we love being able to educate our children through as many amazing adventures and experiences we can. Learning can (and does) happen anywhere. I have a strong belief in God and our family regularly attends church services. Helping others is not just a career that I chose, I believe it is my calling.
