If it looks like I’ve missed a few weeks of blog posts, I have but it was for a good reason. I was dedicating time to working on a new eBook called “6 Ways for Men to Practice Vulnerability”. I hope you’ll download and read it. It’s free and you can get it by clicking the image below.
I’ve been on quite a journey this year and have been writing fairly consistently for about 6 months now. I free write just about every morning along with these blog posts, Instagram and Facebook posts, and other journaling. Writing has really helped me to understand myself and also understand the person I want to become. SPOILER ALERT: writing is one of the practices I talk about in the book. Vulnerability plays a big part in self-reflection and personal development and I chose to write about it because I believe many men are in a spot similar to where I was; isolating and afraid to show the world their real selves.
Share the Journey
Writing the book helped me to zero in on ways that I have been working through my personal struggles and wanted to share some things that have worked for me. By no means have I arrived yet and I still strive to increase vulnerability in my life but that’s part of the beauty. I want to share my journey with other men and help them to improve their connection with others by showing just a little more vulnerability. I sincerely hope you will share the book with others as well.
Click on the book image above to download it today. Pass along the link to anyone else that you think would benefit from reading it. It would mean a lot to me if you would share the link on your social media to help get the word out. Oh, and did I mention that the book is free?
